Management of Assignments. 3.2.1 Legal Aid NSW is under no obligation to assign any matter or any particular volume or types of matters to the Lawyer. 3.2.2 Legal Aid NSW may assign a matter, including a matter arising from an application for legal aid lodged by the Lawyer, to any member of the Panel, or to any other legal practitioner. 3.2.3 Legal Aid NSW may re-assign any matter previously assigned to the Lawyer to another legal practitioner where it is of the opinion that it is reasonable to do so.
