Common use of Management of Reconstruction Clause in Contracts

Management of Reconstruction. If the Leased Property or any part thereof becomes Damaged Improvements, the City shall promptly cause, manage and supervise the Reconstruction. Nothing in this Section 8.01 shall be construed to preclude the City from agreeing to issue a joint contract for, or otherwise cooperating in, the Reconstruction of any of the Damaged Improvements.

Management of Reconstruction. If the Leased Property Premises or any part thereof becomes Damaged Improvements, the City shall promptly cause, manage and supervise the Reconstruction. Nothing in this Section 8.01 shall be construed to preclude the City from agreeing to issue a joint contract for, or otherwise cooperating in, the Reconstruction of any of the Damaged Improvements.

Nothing in this Section 8.01 7.01 shall be construed to preclude the City from agreeing to issue a joint contract construct(s) for, or otherwise cooperating in, the Reconstruction of any of the Damaged Improvements.

Management of Reconstruction. If the Leased Property or any part thereof becomes Damaged Improvements, and the City undertakes the Reconstruction of such Damaged Improvements as provided in this Section, the City shall promptly and diligently cause, manage and supervise the Reconstructionsuch Reconstruction in accordance prudent business and construction practices. Nothing in this Section 8.01 shall be construed to preclude the City from agreeing to issue a joint contract construction for, or otherwise cooperating in, the Reconstruction of any of the Damaged Improvements.
