Common use of Management of Removable Media Clause in Contracts

Management of Removable Media. Supplier shall document and implement formal procedures for the management of removable media. Media containing UL Solutions Confidential Information shall be physically stored and its data encrypted in accordance with the Supplier's data protection and privacy policy on the use of cryptographic controls until the media is destroyed or sanitized, and commensurate with the confidentiality and integrity requirements for its data classification level.
