Management of the Collaborative Research. JST and the Research Institute agree to have the Co-Principal Investigator report the progress of the Collaborate Research to the Principal Investigator from time to time. If for any reason the Principal Investigator cannot perform the management role described in Article 1.1 to this Agreement, JST shall appoint her/his successor.
