Common use of Management Plan Clause in Contracts

Management Plan. (a) If not attached hereto, then within 30 days from the date of this Agreement, Agent shall provide Owner with a copy of the Management Plan for the Project. The Management Plan provides a comprehensive and detailed description of the policies and procedures to be followed in the management of the Project. Owner shall review and approve the Management Plan within 45 days after Owner receives the Plan from Agent.
