The projections and budget set forth on Schedule 4.8 provided to Acquiror by Contributors as part of Acquiror’s review in connection with this Agreement were prepared by management of Contributors in good faith based on assumptions that they believe to be reasonable as of the date of this Agreement and are consistent with Contributors’ management’s expectations as of the date of this Agreement.
