Common use of Management Reports Clause in Contracts

Management Reports. The Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, concurrently with the delivery of the quarterly and annual financial statements set forth in subsections (a) and (b) above, a copy of any management report, letter or similar writing furnished to the Companies by the accountants in respect of the systems, operations, financial condition or properties of the Companies.

Management Reports. The Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Administrative Agent and the LendersAgent, concurrently with the delivery of the quarterly and annual financial statements set forth in subsections (a) and (b) above, a copy of any formal management report, letter or similar writing furnished to the Companies comparable analysis prepared by the Companies’ accountants in respect of the systems, operations, financial condition or properties of the Companies.

The Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, concurrently with the delivery of the quarterly and annual financial statements set forth in subsections (a) and (b) above, a copy of any management report, letter or similar writing furnished to the Companies by the accountants in respect of the systems, operations, financial condition or properties of the Companies.

The Administrative Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent and the LendersLender, concurrently with the delivery of the quarterly and annual financial statements set forth in subsections (ab), (c) and (bd) above, a copy of any management report, letter or similar writing that may have been furnished to the Companies Borrowers by the independent public accountants in respect of the systems, operations, financial condition or properties of the Companies.

Management Reports. The Promptly after receipt thereof, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent and for distribution to the Lenders, concurrently with the delivery of the quarterly and annual financial statements set forth in subsections (a) and (b) above, a copy of any final (i) management report, (ii) letter or (iii) similar writing furnished to the Companies a Company by the accountants in respect of the systems, operations, financial condition or properties of the CompaniesBorrower (on a Consolidated basis).
