Management Rules and Regulations. Subject to the Grievance Procedure, the Union recognizes the right of the Employer to operate and manage the business of the City of Xxxxxxxx River in all respects, in accordance with its commitments and responsibilities and to make and alter from time- to-time as the necessity arises, rules and regulations to be observed by the employees, which rules and regulations shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement. Such rules and regulations and amendments thereto shall be communicated in writing to the Union.
