Common use of Management Services Generally Clause in Contracts

Management Services Generally. (a) The Management Company shall be the sole and exclusive manager and administrator of all day-to-day business functions for the Medical Group, subject to the provisions of Section 1.2 hereof. The Management Company shall provide all of the management and administrative services reasonably required by the Medical Group in connection with the provision of any and all of the Medical Group Services (as hereinafter defined) and as otherwise provided in this Agreement, including without limitation the services described in Sections 3.2 through 3.17 hereof.
