Common use of Manager Letter Clause in Contracts

Manager Letter. The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Manager a letter in the form of Exhibit G addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders. All representations and warranties of the Manager set forth therein shall be true and correct in all material respects both immediately before and after giving effect to the Initial Loan with the same effect as if then made.

All representations and warranties of the Manager set forth therein shall be true and correct in all material respects both immediately before and after giving effect to as of the Initial Loan date hereof with the same effect as if then made.

All representations and warranties of the Manager set forth therein shall be true and correct in all material respects both immediately before and after giving effect to as of the Initial Loan with the same effect as if then madeFirst Amendment Effective Date.
