Manager’s right to collect payment from other occupiers of the Building. The Manager may collect from licensees, tenants and other occupiers of any part of the Land and the Building not otherwise required to pay management contribution under this Deed, such sum or sums as the Manager shall in his absolute discretion determine as contribution towards the Management Expenses and such sum or sums collected shall form part of the Special Fund.
