Common use of Manager’s Right to Terminate Clause in Contracts

Manager’s Right to Terminate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is agreed that the Manager shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in the event of an assignment hereof by the Owner to any person, firm or corporation not affiliated with the Owner if the Manager so elects.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is agreed that the Manager shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in the event of a change of control in favor of, or transfer of assets to, a Person whose ownership of the Business or the assets will be contrary to law, or whose identity as a Person for which Manager is performing services will, in the reasonable opinion of Manager, have an assignment hereof by adverse impact on Manager’s ability to operate within the Owner to any person, firm or corporation not affiliated with the Owner if the Manager so electsgaming industry.
