Common use of Manager’s Right to Terminate Clause in Contracts

Manager’s Right to Terminate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is agreed that Manager shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in the event of a permitted Transfer by Operator to any Transferee, if Manager so elects.
