Common use of Manager’s Right to Terminate Clause in Contracts

Manager’s Right to Terminate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is agreed that the Manager shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in the event of an assignment hereof by the Owner to any person, firm or corporation not affiliated with the Owner if the Manager so elects.
