Dealer shall be provided (i) updated lists of Dealer’s registered representatives, including names, addresses, and telephone numbers; (ii) lists of newly hired registered representatives; (iii) copies of Dealer’s sales and market share reports; and (iv) copies of Dealer’s conference calendars.
