Common use of Managing Dealer Agreement Clause in Contracts

Managing Dealer Agreement. The Managing Dealer has entered into a Managing Dealer Agreement (the “Managing Dealer Agreement”) with the Fund dated [ ], 2024, attached hereto as Exhibit A. Except as otherwise specifically stated herein, all terms used in this Agreement have the meanings provided in the Managing Dealer Agreement.
