Managing Disturbed Materials and Media. If and to the extent that CLEC’s activity at any Work Location involves the excavation, extraction, or removal of asbestos or other manmade materials or contaminated soil, groundwater, or other environmental media, then CLEC rather than AT&T shall be responsible in the first instance for the subsequent treatment, disposal, or other management of such materials and media.
