Managing Trustee. One of the Initial Trustees selected by the Trustees shall serve as Managing Trustee. The Managing Trustee shall coordinate and schedule meetings of the Trustees and shall manage administrative matters that come before the Trust.
Managing Trustee. The Trust Company agrees that it will hold as ---------------- Managing Trustee all estate, right, title and interest of the Trust in and to the Vessel Interest, the Owner Trust Documents and the Owner Trust U.K. Documents, and all money held by the Managing Trustee from time to time hereunder, including, without limitation, all
Managing Trustee. At their first meeting, the initial Trustees shall designate one of their number to serve as the Managing Trustee of the Trust, with such administrative duties as the Trustees may determine. The Trustees may change the designation of the individual to serve as Managing Trustee from time to time as circumstances warrant. The Managing Trustee or, in the Managing Trustee’s absence, another Trustee selected by the Trustees shall preside at meetings of the Trustees. The Managing Trustee, or the Trustee presiding over such meeting, shall be responsible for taking meeting minutes at each meeting of the Trustees and for performing such other administrative duties and services as shall be assigned to or required of the Managing Trustee by the Trustees. The Managing Trustee shall maintain a list of current Trustees, including their addresses and contact information.
Managing Trustee. (i) The day-today administration of the Trust shall be looked after by the Managing Trustee under the guidance, control and supervision of the Board of Trustees.
(ii) The Board of Trustees shall nominate one amongst the trustees as specified in para (4) above to be the Managing Trustee, who shall hold office for such period, as may be decided by the Board of Trustees.
(iii) The Managing Trustee shall perform all functions, discharge such duties as or specifically entrusted to him/her in writing by the Board of Trustees.

The Managing Trustee is authorized to sign all documents, including bank documents, acknowledgements for the contributions received, and agreements with individuals, Government Institutions and other organizations, on behalf of the Board of Trustees. The Managing Trustee shall have all the residuary powers, not explicitly assigned to any of the other officers in these presents. The Managing Trustee is authorized to sign along with the Treasurer, bank cheques, deposit release vouchers etc. The Managing Trustee is empowered to remove any Trustee from the Trust and its offices, if he finds that his/her activities are not congenial to the activities of the Trust. The Managing Trustee is responsible for ensuring that the Trust pursues its Objects and for maintaining the dignity of the Trust organization and shall use his influence to promote the activities of the Trust.
Managing Trustee. The Roles, Responsibilities and powers of all these officers is defined below. In addition to these, the Managing Trustee may grant additional roles, responsibilities and powers to any of the Trustees.
I. The Trustees amongst themselves shall elect a Managing Trustee of the Trust.
II. In addition to discharging normal duties of a trustee, the Managing Trustee shall preside over meeting of the Board of Trustees. The Managing Trustee is authorized to sign all documents, including bank documents, acknowledgements for the contributions received, and agreements with individuals, Government Institutions and other organizations, on behalf of the Board of Trustees. The Managing Trustee shall have all the residuary powers, not explicitly assigned to any of the other officers in these presents.
III. The Managing Trustee shall represent the Trust in all legal matters, sign the papers related to legal cases, attend to courts or represent the Trust in Government offices.
IV. The Managing Trustee is authorized to sign bank cheques, deposit release vouchers etc.
V. The Managing Trustee may if so required and in absence of may discharge the duties of the Secretary or Treasurer.
VI. The Managing Trustee is empowered to remove any Trustee from the Trust and its offices, if he/she finds that his/her activities are not congenial to the activities of the Trust.
VII. The Managing Trustee is responsible for ensuring that the Trust pursues its Objects and for maintaining the dignity of the Trust organization and shall use his/her influence to promote the activities of the Trust.
Managing Trustee. The term “Managing Trustee” shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Second Amended and Restated Trust Agreement of the Company dated as of November 17, 2003.

Managing Trustee. Lewis is hereby appointed as Maxxxxxg Trustee and in such capacity shall have the authority to take action on behalf of the Sponsor Trustees and the Trust to the extent set forth in Section 6.3 of this Agreement. The Managing Trustee may resign from such position by giving written notice to the other Sponsor Trustees (or if there are no remaining Sponsor Trustees, to Kross). Such resignation shall become effective on the date specified in such notice, which date shall be at least 60 days after the date of such notice, or upon the appointment of a successor Managing Trustee, and such successor's acceptance of such appointment, whichever is earlier. If there shall be more than two Sponsor Trustees, a majority of the Sponsor Trustees other than the Managing Trustee may remove the Managing Trustee at any time, with or without cause, and appoint a successor Managing Trustee. If there are only two Sponsor Trustees immediately before such removal occurs, there shall be no Managing Trustee after such removal so long as there remain only two Sponsor Trustees unless the remaining two Sponsor Trustees unanimously appoint one of them as Managing Trustee. If there is no Managing Trustee, any action required or permitted to be taken by the Managing Trustee under this Agreement shall be taken by not less than a majority of the Sponsor Trustees.
