Mandatory Alternative Dispute Resolution. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Seller and Purchaser agree to be bound by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures set forth in Article 18 of the Project Declaration delivered to Purchaser prior to Purchaser’s execution of this Agreement as acknowledged in Section 7(c) above (the “Procedures”), which Procedures are also attached to this Agreement as Exhibit E and hereby fully incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. (Seller is referred to as “Declarant” and Purchaser as an “Owner” in the Procedures.) The Procedures shall govern all disputes between Seller and Purchaser in the manner set forth in the Procedures, which Purchaser acknowledges and agrees contains, among other matters, the requirement of binding arbitration.
