Mandatory Corporation-Wide Closure. In the event that all MCCSC buildings are forced to close due to a local, state or federal emergency, 52 week employees will have the option of using available personal business or vacation time. If no personal business or vacation time is available, 52 week employees must report the absence as off- without-pay (OWP).
