Mandatory Criteria. (Proposals failing to meet the mandatory requirements will not be considered).
Mandatory Criteria. In order to be eligible, projects: (a) shall address healing needs of Aboriginal People affected by the Legacy of Indian Residential Schools, which could include the intergenerational impacts; (b) shall establish complementary linkages, where possible in the opinion of the Board, to other health/social programs and services (federal/provincial/territorial/aboriginal); and (c) shall be designed and administered in a manner that is consistent with Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and applicable human rights legislation.

(2) The interests and welfare of the public. (3) The hazards of employment, physical, educational, and mental qualifications, job training and skills involved. (4) A comparison of wages, hours, and conditions of employment of the employees involved in the arbitration proceedings with wages, hours and conditions of employment of other employees performing similar services, and with other employees generally in public and private employment, in comparable communities. (5) The average consumer prices for goods and services. (6) The overall compensation presently received by the employees, including direct wages and fringe benefits. (7) Changes in any of the foregoing circumstances during the pendency of the arbitration proceedings. (8) Such other factors, not confined to the foregoing, which are normally or traditionally taken in to consideration in the determination of wages, hours and conditions of employment through voluntary collective bargaining, mediation, fact-finding, arbitration or otherwise between parties in the public service or in private employment. (9) The stipulations of the parties.
Mandatory Criteria. The Intrinsik Team agrees to the Mandatory Criteria as outlined in Section 5.1 of the RFP. Specifically, we agree that: A. the Proposal be received at the closing location before the specified closing time B. the Proposal be in English and delivered by hand or courier C. eight (8) hard copies and one electronic copy on CD be submitted with unaltered, completed Request for Proposals cover page including an originally-signed Proponent Section with the first copy D. Intrinsik declares that we will use the General Service Agreement (GSA) with no modification (as outlined in Appendix I of the RFP) E. Intrinsik has provided an all-inclusive fixed price for the requirements that does not exceed $900,000 CDN, and that all pricing and cost information is in a separate sealed envelope F. False or misleading information in our proposal will automatically disqualify us.

Mandatory Criteria. The Minimum Organizational Requirements described in must be fully met by the institutional proposers in order to be considered eligible for the technical evaluation. # Mandatory requirements PASS/FAIL 1. Shall not have any outstanding tax obligations to the tax authorities by the closing date of this RFP (photocopies of supporting documents from the tax authorities) 8. Have at least five "Statement of Satisfactory Performance" obtained from the clients. UNICEF reserves the right to request notarized copies of the mentioned documents from the selected company(s) prior to contract signature.
Mandatory Criteria. Confirmation the company has been registered for two years or longer.
