Common use of Mandatory Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Disclosure. If a Recipient is required by a judicial order, discovery request or other governmental order to disclose any Confidential Information, the Recipient will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Discloser with notice of such request or requirement, and the Recipient will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all Confidential Information so disclosed is treated confidentially, including without limitation, providing reasonable assistance to the Discloser so that the Discloser may seek a protective order against public disclosure.
