Mandatory Donations Clause Samples
The Mandatory Donations clause requires parties to make specified financial contributions or donations as a condition of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the amount, timing, and recipient of the donation, such as a set sum to a designated charity or organization, and may include reporting or verification requirements. Its core practical function is to ensure that agreed-upon philanthropic or social responsibility commitments are fulfilled as part of the contractual relationship, thereby formalizing and enforcing charitable contributions that might otherwise be voluntary.
