Mandatory Exchange Notice. The Borrower must deliver a Mandatory Exchange Notice to the Lender that the Borrower intends to exercise the Borrower’s right to require exchange pursuant to this paragraph 6.3 specifying the date that the Borrower elects to require the exchange (the “Mandatory Exchange Date”) which must be within five days of such notice.
