Mandatory Investigations. All dangerous conditions; workplace injuries and motor vehicle incidents shall be investigated by a Union member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee or a designate in conjunction with the Company. If a Committee member determines that dangerous conditions exist, the Committee member will utilize the Internal Complaint Resolution Process to seek resolution.
