Common use of Mandatory Investment Commitments Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Investment Commitments. The CONCESSIONAIRE undertakes to fully comply with the MANDATORY INVESTMENT COMMITMENTS assumed in the BID, in accordance with the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS contained in Annex No. 7 and Annex No. 8 of this CONTRACT, which in turn shall be developed in the TECHNICAL PROJECT. The supervision of the MANDATORY INVESTMENT COMMITMENTS and the commissioning of the service, according to the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, shall be in charge of the GRANTOR.
