Mandatory MC Obligations. Except as otherwise set forth in Sections 5.5 and 5.6, Content Provider shall, through its Online Service Provider, comply with the obligations set forth in Sections 5.2.1.1 and 5.2.1.2 (the “Mandatory MC Obligations”).
