Mandatory Offers to Redeem. When required by Sections 2.10(c), (d) and (f), each Borrower shall make an offer to redeem Borrowings made by the Borrowers in accordance with the terms of Section 2.10(i), which offer may be accepted or declined by the Lenders in accordance with Section 11.02(e) (an “Offer to Redeem”). If any Offer to Redeem is accepted, all redemptions shall be made in accordance with Section 2.10(h).
