Common use of Mandatory Repayment of the Credit Facility Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Repayment of the Credit Facility. Subject to Article 7, the Borrower shall repay or pay, as the case may be, to the Lender, all Obligations owing to the Lender on or before the Termination Date.
