Mandatory Repayments and Commitment Reductions. (a) In addition to any other mandatory repayments or commitment reductions pursuant to this Section 4.02, the Borrower shall be required to repay Term Loans on each Payment Date in an amount equal to the Scheduled Term Loan Amortization Payment Amount for such Payment Date.
