MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR SEX OFFENDER TREATMENT SERVICES. A. When completing an evaluation, the Contractor/Treatment Provider shall conduct: (1) a clinical interview, (2) a risk assessment, and (3) a psychological or physiological assessment. Any other techniques or tests shall be approved by the Program Supervisor prior to the Contractor/Treatment Provider conducting the evaluation.
