Common use of MANNER AND PLACE OF PAYMENT OF RENT Clause in Contracts

MANNER AND PLACE OF PAYMENT OF RENT. All rent shall, until further written notice is received from the Landlord, be paid by the Tenant without any prior demand therefor to Kanata Research Park Corporation, at par in the City of Kanata at the principal office of, Kanata Research Park Corporation, 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx X0X 0X0, or at such other place in Canada as Kanata Research Park Corporation may designate in writing from time to time and shall be payable in lawful money of Canada. The Landlord agrees that payments made to Kanata Research Park Corporation pursuant to this Lease shall be deemed to be payments made to the Landlord and the Tenant shall not be required to see to the application thereof.
