Manner of Transporting Natural Gas. Each gas transporter’s tariffs, rules, guidelines, operational procedures and policies, as they may be changed from time to time, shall define and set forth the manner in which the Natural Gas Requirements are to be transported to the Gas Delivery Point. Buyer and Seller agree to provide to each other, in as prompt a manner as reasonable, all information necessary to permit scheduling and compliance by Buyer pursuant to such requirements. 34
