Common use of Manual signatures Clause in Contracts

Manual signatures. Each Master Temporary Global Security and Master Permanent Global Security, if any, will be signed manually by or on behalf of the relevant Issuer. A Master Temporary Global Security or Master Permanent Global Security may be used provided that the person(s) whose signature(s) appear thereon were/was an authorised signatory/ies at the date of signing such Master Temporary Global Security or Master Permanent Global Security notwithstanding that any such person may, for any reason (including death), have ceased to be such authorised signatory at the time of the creation and issue of the relevant Tranche or the issue and delivery of the relevant Security.
