Common use of Manuals; Reports, Studies and Assessments Clause in Contracts

Manuals; Reports, Studies and Assessments. Seller shall provide Company with (a) any and all manufacturer’s equipment manuals together with a copy of the operating and maintenance manual no later than the Commercial Operations Date; and (b) any updates, supplements and/or amendments thereto within three (3) Business Days after Seller’s receipt of the same. In addition, throughout the Term, Seller shall deliver to Company, promptly upon Xxxxxx’s receipt of the same, any reports, studies or assessments of the Facility prepared by an independent engineer for the benefit of the Seller.
