Common use of Manufacturer Warranties Clause in Contracts

Manufacturer Warranties. At no charge to the Port, Provider shall transfer or cause the transfer of all manufacturers’ warranties for Goods and component parts, if any, to the Port for the Port’s benefit when Provider delivers Goods to the Port. If a conflict or inconsistency exists between a manufacturer’s warranty and Provider’s warranty, the warranty that provides the greatest benefit and protection to the Port shall prevail.

Manufacturer Warranties. At no charge to the Port, Provider Supplier shall transfer or cause the transfer of all manufacturers’ warranties for Goods Products and Services and component parts, if any, to the Port for the Port’s benefit when Provider Supplier delivers Goods Products and Services to the Port. If a conflict or inconsistency exists between a manufacturer’s warranty and ProviderSupplier’s warranty, the warranty that provides the greatest benefit and protection to the Port shall prevail.
