Manufacturer’s Warranties. CONTRACTOR assigns to HHSC all of the manufacturers’ warranties and indemnities relating to all products, including without limitation, Third Party Software to the extent CONTRACTOR is permitted by the manufacturers to make such assignments to HHSC. Such assignment is subject to all of the terms and conditions imposed by the manufacturers with respect thereto.
