Manufacturing Development Activities. For purposes of clarity, Auxilium shall be solely responsible for one hundred percent (100%) of the costs incurred by Auxilium or its Affiliates associated with any Manufacturing Development Activities. Manufacturing Development Activities shall not be set forth in the Development Plan but shall be reported on and discussed at the meetings of the SCAC periodically and/or at the request of the SCAC, as provided for in Section 3.10.6.
