Common use of Manufacturing for Commercial Supply Requirements Clause in Contracts

Manufacturing for Commercial Supply Requirements. Alimera shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to provide an adequate and timely supply to satisfy Commercial Supply Requirements. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Alimera shall have the right to manufacture, itself or through any Third Party, any Product, under the licenses granted to Alimera pursuant to Article 5 and in accordance with Section 5.3. Alimera shall be responsible for ensuring that all such manufacturing is carried out in accordance with GMP and/or ISO standards to the extent applicable for Commercialization in the relevant country.
