Common use of Manufacturing in the United States Clause in Contracts

The Licensee shall use its best efforts to substantially manufacture in the United States any Licensed Products sold in the United States that incorporates any invention or intellectual property owned by UABRF and licensed to the Licensee under this Agreement that was developed using funds provided by a United States Governmental Authority.
