Marine Terminal Fees. Customer shall pay, either directly or by reimbursement to Operator, all applicable third-party charges and related pass-through fees assessed to Operator, by any Governmental Authority, or by any other Persons that are related directly or indirectly to the throughput of Product across the Berths via Marine Vessel, including but not limited to the City, POLB or any other governmental, regulatory, local authority, or agency or utility.
