Common use of Marked-up Construction Documents Clause in Contracts

Marked-up Construction Documents. The Contractor shall provide a complete set of Marked-up Contract Documents to the Design Professional, which set shall reflect all changes caused by RFIs, field changes, Change Orders, or observed changes by the Contractor or subcontractor(s) for the purpose of the Design Professional’s issuance of Record Documents to the Owner.
