The Design-Builder shall provide a complete set of Marked-up Construction Documents to the Program Manager, which set shall reflect all changes caused by addenda, field changes, Change Orders, or observed changes by the Design-Builder or subcontractor(s) for the purpose of the Program Manager’s issuance of Record Documents to the Owner.
