Market Expansion. The Licensed Marks are not registered in all jurisdictions throughout the world and may not be available for use, and/or registration, in specific jurisdictions. LICENSEE shall notify LICENSOR in the event LICENSEE desires to expand the sale of products bearing the Licensed Marks in countries outside of those identified in Exhibit A. Upon such notice, LICENSOR shall, at LICENSEE's expense, undertake to register some or all of the Licensed Marks in that country or countries.
Market Expansion. The scope of the license granted to Licensee under this Agreement may be extended to cover additional markets (i.e., other than those in Section A of Schedule 1) by mutual written agreement of the Licensor and Licensee, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Licensor and Dragonfly hereby agree to amend the Transfer and License-Back Agreement (and any permitted sublicenses granted thereunder) to reflect any expansion of Licensee’s Market agreed to by Licensee and Licensor pursuant to this Section 2.4.
Market Expansion. (a) Expanding the market access for the Equipment to commercial and industrial customers in diverse industries including mining and metal; manufacturing; data centres and information technology; healthcare; telecommunications; financial services; utilities and energy; chemical and petrochemical; aerospace and defense; public infrastructure and commercial buildings.
Market Expansion. (a) Expanding the market access for the Huawei Digital Power-Smart PV solutions to residential, commercial and industrial customers.
