MARKET SUSPENSION AND DELISTING. 7.1. If at any time trading on a regulated Market is suspended in any Reference Asset which is listed on a Market we shall calculate the value of the CFD with reference to the last traded price before the time of suspension, or a closing price as reasonably determined by CM Trading if no trading in that Reference Asset is undertaken during the Business Day on which a suspension occurs. In the event that the aforesaid suspension continues for five Business Days, we and you may in good faith agree a Closing Date and a value of the CFD.
