Market Transactions. Neither the Reserve Provider, nor any other party, will be entitled to spot market revenue associated with the provision of reserve. If requested by AEMO, the Reserve Provider will participate in the spot market as AEMO’s agent and account to AEMO for any spot market revenue associated with the reserve, or AEMO may set off that spot market revenue against an amount due to the Reserve Provider under a reserve contract.

Market Transactions. The Authority may instruct the Supplier to provide a quotation for the fixing or unfixing of Contract Blocks based on the wholesale electricity markets (“Market Quotation”). In instructing the Supplier to provide a Market Quotation the Authority shall specify: whether the Authority wishes to fix or unfix Contract Blocks; the Contract Blocks to be subject to the Market Quotation by reference to their status as Baseload Blocks or Peakload Blocks, and the relevant time period; and the total volume (in MW) to be subject to the Market Quotation; and any time limitation within which the price for the Contract Block(s) must be fixed or unfixed (and, if no express limitation is specified, the request for a Market Quotation will be deemed to expire at the end of the Working Day within which the instruction is given). In providing a Market Quotation the Supplier shall (whilst remaining telephonically connected) quote the best wholesale Cost of Electricity reasonably attainable by the Supplier at that time for the volume and period in question, by reference to its trade book and bids and offers from brokers. The Authority may immediately accept or reject the Market Quotation. If the Authority accepts the Market Quotation: the price of Contract Blocks shall be fixed or unfixed accordingly (“Market Transaction”); and the Supplier shall send the Authority an Initial Confirmation.
Market Transactions. If such proposed sale would be pursuant to a broker's transaction or other customary equity securities market transaction, other than a Block Execution, Notice shall be given to the Company prior to submitting an order to sell, giving the Company the option (which option may only be exercised prior to the close of trading on the next Trading Day immediately following the date of actual receipt of such Notice by the Company) to purchase all the Acquisition Shares intended to be sold at a price per share equal to the average of the bid and the ask prices at the time such Notice is given to the Company, as reported on the consolidated quotation system or the most recent closing bid and ask prices if such consolidated quotation system is closed at the time of the Notice. The Notice shall include such bid and ask prices. The Company may exercise such option only by giving Notice, which Notice shall be irrevocable. Any purchase pursuant to this Section 3.04(b) shall be closed three Trading Days from the exercise of such option. If such option is not exercised, Stockholder may sell all or any portion of such Acquisition Shares without further notice at any price in a broker's transaction or other customary equity securities market transaction, other than a Block Execution, at any time within ten Trading Days of such Notice.
Market Transactions not executed because there is not enough volume to fill them, will not remain effective and will be canceled.
Market Transactions. SETTLEMENT DATES. Custodian has identified certain Foreign Markets and certain Emerging Markets in Appendix B of this Amendment, which Custodian may amend in writing to the Trust from time to time.
