Common use of Marketing and Promotions Clause in Contracts

Marketing and Promotions. Advertising and promotional materials purchased with Hotel Tax Revenues must be targeted to reach audiences outside of Brazos County. These materials include, but are not limited to, signs, posters, postcards, newsletter and print advertising. The term "out-of-area advertising" used in this Agreement shall mean outside of Brazos County.
