Marketing Cooperation Fees. SGS and the Partner may cooperate in marketing, advertising and promoting the Launching Game via online websites, blog, SNS, over-the-top (XXX) media services, etc., and the burden of any expenses and costs incurred from such marketing cooperation shall be shared at the ratio that is mutually agreed by the Parties.
