MARKETING MATERIAL MEDIA AND DISTRIBUTION. HMOs may present their marketing materials to eligible Medicaid recipients through any method or media determined to be acceptable by TDH. The media may include but are not limited to: written materials, such as brochures, posters, or fliers which can be mailed directly to the Member or left at Texas Department of Human Services eligibility offices; TDH-sponsored community enrollment events; and paid or public service announcements on radio. All marketing materials must be approved by TDH prior to distribution (see Article 3.4).
