Common use of Marketing & Promotional Material Clause in Contracts

Marketing & Promotional Material. Referrer shall not issue, publish or disseminate (electronically or otherwise) any advertisement, marketing or promotional material referring to Royal (or its affiliates) or its products or services without Royal prior written consent. Royal reserves the right at any time to withdraw its approval of promotional material by the Referrer. And if Royal withdraws its approval to the approval of promotional material by the Referrer, Referrer undertakes to immediately stop distributing such promotional material.
