Marketing Report. Within seven Business Days after the last Business Day of each calendar month, a monthly comprehensive marketing report detailing (i) the Borrowers’ and their Subsidiaries’ acquisition of any new End User accounts by LDC and by fixed or floating price contract and specifying the weighted average costs for each new End User and whether such acquisitions were through organic customer growth or acquisition from a third party and (ii) the natural gas and electricity break even price for each LDC, all in a format reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent;
