Marketing Report. In addition to the statement required in Paragraph 5.4, LICENSEE shall furnish to the LICENSOR within thirty (30) days after December 31 of each year during the term of this Agreement, a written report signed by the appropriate LICENSEE officer detailing the actions taken by LICENSEE during the preceding calendar year to comply with the provisions of Paragraph 3.1.
